We are a new UK start-up however we've been developing the testing TravelEden.com for nearly 12 months.
Inviting friends to join Travel Eden is easy. Our ‘Share Travel Eden' page includes an easy to use ‘Send to a friend' tool allow you to invite your friends and contacts instantly.

Each booking is handled directly with the individual property owner, further details of which can be found within the booking info section.
No. To arrange the collection of keys or for driving directions please contact the property owner directly.
Many of our advertisers list their property with us for a period of 12 months, however it might be that their listings has expired by the time you are due to travel. This is absolutely normal, however we recommend you remain in contact with the property owner prior to travelling.
While each booking is handled with the holiday property owners directly, consider taking out Supplier Failure Cover from Protectmyholiday.com who offer a range of competitively priced products to ensure both your booking and your travel arrangements are financially protected.
If there any problems with your holiday accommodation if it usually best to contact the owner directly. Prior to travelling we recommend you make a note of the contact details of the property owner in case of any questions or emergencies.

Property reviews allows you to write about and share your experience of any accommodation advertised on Travel Eden that you’ve visited. Yes. In order to minimise unsolicited reviews we ask that users register for an account before submitted reviews. Registering is quick, simple and free. It you would like to become a member, click here to register.
You can include anything you feel is appropriate with your reviews, providing you adhere to our Property Review Guidelines, but we would also encourage you to remain objective and provide value to other users. Property reviews aren’t provided for you to write about how wonderful your holiday was, so ensure you focus specifically on the holiday accommodation.
In order to protect both our users and owners from unsolicited reviews Travel Eden moderate all of the property reviews before publishing them to the website. We reserve the rate to edit reviews for spelling and grammar purposes only, however we will never alter or remove property reviews that adhere to our guidelines.

Yes, simply use the ‘send to a friend' link, which is located in the top right hand corner of each property listing page.
Each individual property listings includes a booking enquiry form, owner name and telephone number should you have any further questions.
To make booking the individual elements of your holiday easier, we've created a dedicated Travel Resources section which features a list of our recommend travel suppliers including budget and charter airlines, car rental procedures and ferry companies.
We encourage all of our advertisers to respond to booking enquiries within 48 hours, however delays in responding to prospective holidaymakers are common. If you are interested in multiple properties or you have perhaps already secured your flights or travel arrangements then you might wish to submit booking enquires to a number of properties.
Each booking is handled directly with the individual holiday property owner or bed and breakfast proprietor, and as such they look after and handle any payments.
Many property owners ask for a deposit to be paid in order to secure your booking. This is commonly taken by cheque or through an online payment gateway such as Paypal. Prior to making a deposit payment, ensure you have read our brief guide to Staying Safe.
If, unfortunately, you have to cancel your holiday for any reason, please ensure you contact the property owner directly.
