Despite being the smallest of three Balearic Islands, located in the Mediterranean, off the east coast of Spain, Ibiza has perhaps the largest reputation of them all. A twenty-minute drive away lies the island’s capital, which despite being a clubbing hotspot itself, has a more laid back, Mediterranean feel. While some opt to stay in the chic boutique apartments of Eivissa town, most prefer nearby resorts such as Playa d’en Bossa, where staying in an holiday apartment is a great choice for friends holidaying together. By no means any less commercial, clubs like Es Paradis in Eivissa’s Marina, and the nearby Pacha, offer a slightly more upmarket brand of nightlife.
