The second and third twin bedrooms are beautifully furnished with Egyptian cotton linen, silky throws and cushions, the fourth bedroom features a comfortably double bed and the fifth bedroom includes a single bed.

The living room is a wonderful open and bright space with huge windows typical of this Regency property. There are large comfortable sofas with a period fireplace, large mirrors and artwork.

On the lower ground floor is a very large fabulous top spec kitchen with a sociable lounge/ dining area including a comfortable chaise longue and chairs, perfect for large groups to relax. The large dining area includes a table and benches that can easily accommodate large groups.

The gorgeous kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you may need for your stay including crockery, glasses and cutlery.

This property has an added bonus of a connecting small patio area at the back of the kitchen together with an additional utility area where there is a washing machine and washer dryer.

Further Details

The cost of your holiday home includes towels, bed linen and all utility charges (water, electricity & gas). Also provided are basic cleaning products for guests including toilet cleaner, polish, antibacterial, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, some scourers and cloths.

Parking vouchers are available for on street parking at a cost of £10.00 per day - please book in advance subject to availability.

The apartment is a 5-10 minute taxi ride from Brighton Station and there are excellent transport links from nearby Gatwick airport.
