Situated in the very centre of Brighton's city centre only a few minutes walk along a quaint ivy clad twitten to the centre of Brighton's vibrant shopping district and the North Laine this gorgeous Regency cottage is the ideal choice of holiday rental in Brighton, particularly for couples of small groups.

Comfortably accommodating up to six guests, this regency hideaway features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area with seating for up to six guests, a double sofabed, living roo and two outdoor terraces.

The master bedroom features romantic cast iron bed with fresh crisp linen and soft towels as well as a pretty bay window offering views over the terrace towards Brighton. The second bedroom includes a double bed contemporary padded head board and a bay window looking out towards St Nicholas church.

The compact bathroom has a continental style bath and shower with chrome accessories.

The kitchen has a new dishwasher, black Whirlpool fridge and freezer together with Neff oven and hob. It also features a pretty bay window with Roman blinds which looks out over the rear terrace.

Both front and back of this pretty cottage look out onto the terraced gardens, tastefully planted with tropical plants and raised planters constructed from reclaimed sleepers. These areas are absolutely perfect to enjoy your breakfast in, particularly with the morning sunshine. For the warmer evenings there is a BBQ for guest use.

The open plan living room is beautifully light and is tastefully furnished with fresh white walls highlighted with Osborne & Little metallic wallpaper together with contemporary artwork and a flatscreen TV. There is a double sofabed, window seat and two armchairs, along with duck egg blue blinds in the bay window.

The cottage is very private and not overlooked and has a very relaxing ambience.

 

Further Details

Where there is no private parking with this property visitors permits are available at a cost of £10 per day. You can also park in the resident bays from 8pm until 9am the following morning.

There is a paid car park at Upper Gloucester Road, within easy walking distance as well as many centrally located NCP car parks.

The cost of your holiday home includes towels, bed linen and all utility charges (water, electricity & gas). Also provided are basic cleaning products for guests including toilet cleaner, polish, antibacterial, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, some scourers and cloths.
