This first floor city apartment comfortably accommodation up to six guests and is simply ideal for couples. Its central location, in a lovely area of Brighton, provides instant access to the city and the seafront.

The master bedroom overlooks a quiet residential street and features a pretty silver Victorian style bed with crisp white linen, a large mirror over the original cast iron fireplace and original sash windows.

The open plan living room features a large Victorian wrought iron fireplace with dark marble original mantle and pretty turquoise and green tile inset. This room also benefits from lots of light and views over Brighton from the large windows. There are two double sofabed, ideal for children, as well as a dining table for up to four, a flat screen television with Sky and a DVD player.

The property features a fully equipped modern open plan kitchen with beech units with brushed stainless steel handles as well as a modern bathroom with high ceilings, wooden floor and floor to ceiling tiles. The bathroom includes a bath with shower attachment and a large mirror.

The brick laid courtyard includes a bench and lots of potted tropical plants and hanging baskets. It's ideal for having a cup of coffee outside in the morning as well as making a useful space to store your bicycles.

 

Further Details

There is no on-site parking at this property but you can park in the resident bays from 8pm until 9am the following morning. There is also a car park at Upper Gloucester Rd, within easy walking distance as well as many centrally located NCP car parks.

The cost of your holiday home includes towels, bed linen and all utility charges (water, electricity & gas). Also provided are basic cleaning products for guests including toilet cleaner, polish, antibacterial, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, some scourers and cloths.
