Brighthelm Cottage is a unique and cosy three bedroom, three storey cottage located just a few minutes from Brighton station, Brighton beach and right on the doorstep of Brighton's nightlife.
Comprising of three contempoary bedrooms, a newly fitted sleek white bathroom with bath and heated towel rail, a beautifully planned open living and dining room (with seating for five guests), a bright and contemporary fully equipped kitchen and charming courtyard gardens, the property has been refurbished to a very high standard, packed full of the luxury touches.
The first bedroom is furnished with a large double bed with a deep springy mattress, which is beautifully adorned with oodles of cushions. Period furniture combines perfectly with contemporary comfort.
The second bedroom is furnished with a hotel style zip and link kingsize bed, this can be made into twin beds if necessary. Once again the bedroom has been tastefully furnished using period and modern furnishings with clever accessorising. The third bedroom is situated at the top of the house and is tastefully furnished with a single bed and includes plenty of storage space.
The living/dining room has been styled using fresh white walls with dark polished wooden floor boards. Comfortable soft leather sofas with fluffy cushions cosy up the atmosphere, while big mirrors and clever accessorising complete the look.
The properly also benefits from a private pretty courtyard complete with bench and seating. During the summer months this makes the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, evening drinks and even barbeques. An additional bonus at this property is the balcony, accessible from the landing on the top floor of the cottage, which is equipped with a bistro table and chairs. Lovely for enjoying a morning coffee.
To the front of the property there is a courtyard leading to the main entrance. This is shared with the property next door and is perfect for storing your bikes.
What's in the Area
This is a historic area, steeped in tradition. Nearby The Brighthelm Centre is an attractive and peaceful park. At the far side of the church grounds are a series of small shops, many selling second-hand treasures.
These are the remnants of a very poor quarter, which existed on this site in the early nineteenth century, but is now in the heart of the trendy North Laine, one of the most sought after places in Brighton's old centre.

The cost of your holiday home includes towels, bed linen and all utility charges (water, electricity & gas). Also provided are basic cleaning products for guests including toilet cleaner, polish, antibacterial, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, some scourers and cloths.
Parking vouchers are available for on street parking at a cost of £10.00 per day - please book in advance subject to availability. There is also an NCP carpark close by.
The apartment is a short walk from Brighton Station and there are excellent transport links from nearby Gatwick airport.
