Comprising of one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, outdoor table and chairs with an umbrella and access to the 15m x 7m shared swimming pool its a perfect choice of holiday rental for a couple.

While there is no kitchen, the apartment does include a fridge and small electric oven for breakfast . Guests are welcome to eat at the clubhouse immediately opposite, which services a range of drinks and typical local delicacies.

 

What's in the Area

Part of a larger group of farm buildings known as a Masseria, the estate dates from the fifteenth century and offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a rich architectural history, stunning surrounding countryside and the perfect location from which to explore the marvelous beaches and coves of the Adriatic Coast (just 12km away) to the estate's 150 acres of olive grove, pasture and oak woodland.

Close by are the interesting towns of Ostuni, known as the White City due to its dazzling white buildings, and the larger seaport of Brindisi.

  • Changover Day: Saturday
  • Deposit Requirements: To confirm a booking a deposit of 30% of the total price is payable. On arrival a damage deposit of 250 euros must be paid to the owner or key holder of the property.
  • Payment Terms: The final balance must be paid a minimum of four weeks before arrival. For late bookings (less than four weeks before arrival) the full balance must be paid immediately.
