This modern contemporary Apartment consists of one double bedroom and separate bathroom with a shower over bath, hand wash basin and Toilet. The double bed is a zip linked bed allowing it to be converted into two single beds if required.
The cosy Lounge Area has a comfortable sofa and TV/DVD player to relax in.
The Kitchen is modern and incorporates cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster.
What's in the Area
The Apartment is situated in the heart of the busy seaside Town of Selsey, 8 miles south of Chichester. Local shops, pubs and restaurants are all in walking distance from the apartment.
There are plenty of local activities including diving, sailing at Chichester Marina, golfing, swimming and much more
Chichester is a historical Cathedral City only 8 miles up the road with many attractions, plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs to visit. You could even take in a show at the Chichester Festival Theatre. Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve is the ideal place to take a relaxing stroll and watch the wild life around you. Other places to visit include the Wittering beaches, Chichester Marina, Itchener and Dell Quay.
North of Chichester there is the Cowdray Polo Club in historic Midhurst. Just outside Chichester is Goodwood hosting a large number of annual events including Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Motor racing revival. Fancy a flutter? Why not visit Goodwood, the most beautiful racecourse in England.
