Conveniently located in the hub of Brighton's south lanes, this stunning apartment offers the perfect choice of holiday rental for a large groups of friends and family, where you'll only ever be a stone's throw away from the beach.

Accommodating up to 12 guests the stylish and spacious apartment comprises of a master bedroom with a large double bed, en suite bedroom with enclosed power shower with toilet and sink and two additional twin bedrooms.

There are skylight windows throughout which make the property feel very spacious and each of the bedrooms include double wardrobes, providing guests with plenty of space for their clothes.

This lounge immediately feels sociable possibly due to it's size. There are three leather sofas which all convert to double beds, a huge plasma TV with suround sound and a fabulous sound system with panasonic speakers.

A unique benefit to this property has to be the full size pool table cleverly designed as a dining table. So when you are not out enjoying the vibrant city life you will certainly not be bored. The decor is very natural and is complemented with subtle artwork.

The kitchen is spacious and features slate tiled floors and modern units as well as an American fridge freezer with drinks dispenser, microwave, washer/dryer and dish washer.

From the kitchen there is a small courtyard area with a pretty bench seat and water feature, which is perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

 

Further Details

The cost of your holiday home includes towels, bed linen and all utility charges (water, electricity & gas). Also provided are basic cleaning products for guests including toilet cleaner, polish, antibacterial, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, some scourers and cloths.
