There is a wardrobe with mirrored doors offering plenty of hanging space and drawer space, as well as a newly fitted white tiled hower room with basin and toilet, all in matching white porcelain and gleaming chrome. There is a heated towel rail and plenty of mirrors and shelf space for your products.
Both the second and third bedrooms have been decorated with a stylish monochrome black and white colour scheme with comfortable deep hotel style 5ft double zip and link beds with faux suede headboards, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobes and plenty of hanging space for your clothes.
The open plan living and dining room is a bright and contemporary room with black glass and chrome dining table seating up to eight guests with white benches and red molded chairs.
There is a large red corner sofa with sofa bed and stunning 42 inch plasma TV and wireless broadband. Large floor to ceiling french doors open to a small balcony overlooking the station developments, which is great for watching the world go by or enjoying a drink on a summers evening.
The luxury kitchen with its cream gloss units with dark wooden worksurfaces is fully kitted out with all that you need for your holiday, including champagne flutes, glassware, crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment and utensils not to mention a number of appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, oven hob and microwave.
What's in the Area
City point is only 5 minutes walk from Brighton train station and the city centre of Brighton. The quirky North Laine area is a few minutes walk. There are cafés, bars and also a Sainsbury's supermarket within the development.
There is no on-site parking at this property but you can park in the neaby Brighton station car park.
Further Details
The cost of your holiday home includes towels, bed linen and all utility charges (water, electricity & gas). Also provided are basic cleaning products for guests including toilet cleaner, polish, antibacterial, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, some scourers and cloths.
For groups over six an additional fee of £50 is charged for use of the sofabed. Priced exclude New Year and Christmas bookings. Please enquire for rates and to check availability.
