There is also an extendable dining table to seat 10.

The gorgeous bright attic room has a large luxurious six foot super king-size bed that can also convert into twin three foot singles. There are a further two single chair beds perfect for larger group bookings. Plenty of drawer and hanging space for your clothes. In the living room there are two large leather sofas one converts into a double sofa bed for larger group bookings - together with a 32inch flat screen TV on the wall.
This fabulous open plan arrangement is bright white and chic with both period and contemporary touches. Sleek white gloss modern units with stainless steel handles and accessories are complemented with the original sash windows and period banisters leading upstairs. Siemens Appliances complete the kitchens high spec appeal.
The property also benefits from a large walled garden with beautiful round lawn, contemporary decked areas and dining table and chairs. There is a further sunken terrace adjacent to the kitchen with additional seating and dining table, however because the garden is situated in a residential area, noise must be kept to reasonable levels.

The cost of your holiday home includes towels, bed linen and all utility charges (water, electricity & gas). Also provided are basic cleaning products for guests including toilet cleaner, polish, antibacterial, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, some scourers and cloths.
For groups over eight, an additional charge of £50 each for the sofabed is applied. Prices exclude Christmas and New Year bookings, please enquire in order to check the rates and availability.
The nearest car park is the Black Lion multi-storey at the end of the lane on Black Lion St. There are two large multi stories off West St, which is a 5 min walk. There is also on-street meter parking which now take credit cards, but limited to 4 hours. Subject to availability, parking vouchers are available at a cost of £10.
