Situated in a charming village of Lodsworth between the historic towns of Midhurst and Petworth. Golf and polo at Cowdray Park is on the doorstep, Petworth house with its gardens, art gallery and restaurant is only 10 minutes away.

The Weald and Downland Open Air museum at Singleton (medieval architecture), Goodwood race course and motor racing circuit are all within a 25 minutes drive.

The Historic cathedral town of Chichester with many attractions, plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs to visit. You could even take in a show at the Chichester Festival Theatre. Chichester Marina and the South Coast are about 15 miles away.

Many scenic walks abound, including the glorious South Downs as well as local village strolls. The local pub which serves excellent food is just 5 minutes away.
