This modern, comfortable apartment consists of two main rooms, a lounge with a dining-room and a bedroom with balcony overlooking the sea.

The bedroom comprises of a double bed, a dresser with mirror and two bedside tables with lamps and a cupboard.

The lounge has a sofa bed which can sleep up to two people with a comfortable mattress. Two armchairs and a television with BBC and NBC channels. The dining area has a drop-leaf table, four chairs and sideboard.

The modern tiled kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, gas cooker with four burners and an oven, microwave, mixer and coffee machine.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and the towels are also provided.

A cot can also be is provided if required.

The apartment is situated between Golden Residence and Madeira Palace Hotels along "Monumental Avenue" near Camara de Lobos with communal swimming pool.

A short walk away from the apartment is "Ponta da Cruz Street" there are plenty of supermarkets and foodstores, a restaurant with a panoramic sea views overlooking Formosa Beach,a car rental office and shopping centre.

There also is the famous winding coastal walk from Sao Martinho to Funchal with its tropical gardens and public parks, swimming and rock pools of ponta gorda and lido
