Casa Mazim consists of two spacious terraces with stunning views, the first floor terrace furnished with a table and six chairs with large parasol to enable you to dine al fresco, and the second floor terrace having sun loungers for soaking up the spanish sun. There is one king-size bedroom on the first floor and two twin bedrooms, the house is ideal for families, with plenty of attractions in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, electric hob,microwave oven, toaster and sandwich toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, smoothie maker and kettle.
A spacious lounge with two sofas, eletric fire, satellite television, DVD and CD player.
Other amenities include a full size tumble drier, gas wall-mounted water heater for endless showers and baths (carbon monoxide detector for safety) smoke detector, family size electric grill (outdoor power point on first floor terrace), air conditioning that reverts to heating in winter and also beach towels are provided
Outside is a lovely patio area with a table and four chairs in the garden, with a fountain, fruit trees and palms, a perfect cool place to relax.
What's in the Area
Casa Maxim is located just 10 minutes drive from the beach, just outside the town of Quesada. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Torrevieja, the house has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The house benefits from a large communal swimming pool with a shallow end perfect for the children.
It is also ideal for people with mobility problems as the property has a ground floor bedroom and walk-in shower room and toilet.
