This self catering accommodation comprises one twin bedroom with a ceiling fan, drawers and clothes rail.
The comfortable lounge has a dining table to seat 2/3 people. Television, DVD player and satellite cd/radio. Fully equipped kitchen with a 2 ring hob, microwave/grill, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer in top and all crockery and utensils needed for your stay.
Shower room with washbasin and WC, heating, fan and towel rail.
Outside you will find a terrace and private patio areas with sunbeds, sunshades, tables and chairs and gas bbq, perfect for alfresco dining in the warm evenings. Also a garden with fruit trees and fresh lemons always available.
What's in the Area
Casita Higuera is set on the hillside with fantastic views over the valley and hills.
Spain in only 30 minutes inland from the Costa del Sol, central for the towns of Antequera, Granada, Sevilla and Cordoba.
Ideal for sight seeing, walking and bird watching.
Located 10 km's from the towns of Villanueva de la Concepcion and Almogia, both with plenty of amenities including numerous bars and restaraunts, 24 hr medical services, banks with cash machines, chemists, shops and mini supermarkets.
On Mondays there is a open air market in Concepcion and Tuesday in Antequera.
If you fancy a swim there are open air pools in both Concepcion and Almogia at a cost of a few euro for the day.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the following can be arranged:
Starter packs/groceries can be arranged.
A 3rd fold out bed or baby cot can be made available.
Total costs include all water, gas, electricity and cleaning on a weekly basis. All linen and towels are supplied, beach/ sunbathing towels can also be supplied on request to save flight weight.
