This recently refurbished apartment is situated in the very centre of Barcelona, in the historic Raval area. It features grand views of the streets in the surrounding area from the large windows that fill this self-catering apartment with light. There are several apartments in this building, both 3 and 4 bedrooms, that can also be rented together to accommodate large groups.

This apartment itself accommodates up to eight people in the form of two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. The living area itself is light filled and spacious. The apartment comes with a large television, WI-FI access, and also a hi-fi and DVD system. The kitchen supplies everything necessary for eight people including a stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, pots and pans and more. There is also a large dining room table that can seat up to seven persons.

This perfect, central location is within walking distance of all major highlights of Barcelona city centre and has easy access to the metro system as well. The nearest stop is Liceu, just meters away from the apartment. Most of Barcelona’s cultural gems are within walking distance, one of the closest being the little known medieval university building in El Raval. Entered into through a gothic archway, this beautiful sunny courtyard is surrounded by ancient buildings dating back to the middle ages. Complete with a fountain, statues and a café, this picturesque spot is perfect for city sunbathing.

On the other side of Las Ramblas is the even older district of Barrio Gotico, which in its original form was the Roman settlement of Catalunya. Still today it preserves many of it attractive historical features such as the Cathedral, visible through the maze of streets, cobbled walkways and squares. Within walking distance from the Cosmopolitan apartments, one can also easily reach the beach, the Picasso Museum, the Arc de Triumf, Plaza Catalunya, the Boqueria market, and much more!
