This charming apartment, with access via two elevators, has superb views over the rooftops of Paris to the Eiffel Tower. It is ideal for a couple but it will happily accommodate a family of four or two couples.
The apartment consists of one bedroom with queen size bed and large closet. Living/Dining room with sofa bed which folds out to a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen and shower bathroom.
Our rates given are for two persons. Check with owner for rates for more than two persons as well as weekly and monthly rates.
What's in the Area
The Paris Insight apartment is situated on the Right Bank.
It is close to the Bastille Square, the new Opera House and the Marais, where you will find the Picasso Museum,the Carnavalet Museum and the Place des Vosges. The Ile de la Cité, Ile Saint Louis and the Cathedrale Notre-Dame are all within walking distance. Also the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the d'Orsay Museum , the Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe are easily accessible by direct bus or metro.
The neighbourhood atmosphere is warm, friendly and welcoming. A variety of colourful outdoor markets, an excellent choice of restaurants, bistros, delicious boulangeries, patisseries and wine shops make life easy and enjoyable.

Our one-bedroom apartment is located on the 7th floor of a well-maintained early 20th century building with concierge, secure entry code, double key-code entry interphone and two elevators. With 550 sq ft of floor space it is almost luxury for a couple. It happily accommodates a family of four or two couples, as all the rooms including kitchen and bathroom are directly accessible from a spacious entry/hallway.
It offers astonishing views of the Eiffel Tower and the romantic, typically gray-bluish Parisian roof-tops. Tastefully decorated in chestnut tones with old hardwood floors and flooded with caressing afternoon amber light, our apartment is enjoyed by our guests as a true home in this city of light, romance and marvellous food.
Last but not least, the apartment manager lives in the same building and is available for you with permanent assistance and advice. Being a professional guide and writer, she offers unique walking tours off the beaten track, including opportunities to discover the "hidden" side of Paris.
This is truly an insight into the real Paris which few others can offer.

Booking Details
- Changover Day: Flexible
- Deposit Requirements: A security deposit of 200 euros is required to cover the cost of repairing or replacing any item found damaged or missing from the apartment at the end of the rental period. The security deposit will be refunded to the client at departure.
- Payment Terms: Payment in Euros by bank checks, travellers' cheques and money transfer from bank to bank. A minimum deposit of 50% of the total rental cost must accompany the reservation. Full payment of the total cost must reach Paris 30 days prior to the commencement of the rental. No cancellation will be accepted after 30 days prior to the commencement of rental and no rental charges will be refunded after this deadline except if another tenant if found.
