The definition of an enquiry is simply a genuine visitor using the Travel Eden Contact form requesting further information about the Property Owners listing using Travel Eden.
The following conditions must also be met for the Property Owners Guarantee to be invoked at renewal:
- The Property Owners Guarantee only applies to paid for listings.
- The Property Listing Availability Calendar must be updated every month.
- The Property Listing Rates must be displayed for the duration of the 1 year listing.
- The Property must be listed for the duration of the year and available to rent for 9 months of the year.
