After a morning on your feet, lunch time is when life in Toulouse stops, and there’s a wide variety of restaurants offering something for everyone, it’s tempting to eat in the Place de Capitol, however, it’s a high price to pay for the privilege, when just a short walk away, you can stop at Bar ŕ Pates for a regional speciality as a Plat du Jour with wine for a mere 11 Euros!
