A tour of the La Mare Wine Estate is a perfect way to sample the award-winning wines, chocolates and fudges of Jersey. Informative guided tours begin on the hour and they show you the vineyard where the grapes are grown and a video on how the wine is made. In addition to making wine, La Mare Wine Estate also produces luxury chocolate, mouth-watering fudge, apple brandy and delicious preserves- all of which you will get the opportunity to taste!
Once you complete the tour relax at the Vineyard Restaurant which has a tranquil view overlooking the vines. Further sample the local wine and enjoy a selection of freshly made sandwiches and snacks.

Indulge your tastebuds by treating yourself to divine seafood dishes at the Navigator Restaurant nestled in the picturesque Rozel Bay. Located on the northeast tip of Jersey island this restaurant is the perfect place to relax and enjoy superb wine and fresh seafood whilst admiring the tranquil harbour view.
The Navigator Restaurant has an extensive food and wine menu so it shouldn’t be hard to find something that’ll make your mouth water. I highly recommend trying either the ‘Special Seafood Soup’ or the ‘Salmon Penne Pasta’ both which have large chucks of fresh seafood.
Word of advice: It is quite difficult to find a place to park on La Brecque du Nord as the street is very narrow and there’s often many people walking in the area. You may want to park your car before turning down La Brecque du Nord and walk to the restaurant (Don’t worry it won’t take long and besides the walk will build up an appetite!)
Opening times: 12-2:30pm 6-10pm, Closed all day Tuesday, Telephone: 01534 861444
