Travel Tips - Architecture in Brighton, England
No-one comes to Brighton without stopping off to see The Royal Pavilion. With its Indian flavor architecture of domes and minarets from the days of the Raj, in what was then part of the great British Empire, it is a uniquely specialised piece of British architecture.
There are stunning examples of both Regency and Victorian Brighton architecture to be seen all over this wonderful city. The Arches down by the sea front are worth a special mention as is Saltdean Lido (designed in 1938) and Embassy Court, a recently renovated art deco building.

Combine this market with a walk along the seafront, stopping at Al Fresco for a drink while you watch the world go by.
Get some chips and mushy peas from the restaurant half way down, dodge the swooping seagulls and if you’ve got any money left from the arcades, have a slide down the helter skelter. Fantastic.
