Travel Tips - Cooked-breakfasts in Brighton, England
The city of Brighton (and Hove), just 54 miles out of London, is brimming over with things to see and do, and what better way of preparing yourself than by getting a great English cooked breakfast inside of you? Eggs (fried, scrambled, or poached), rashers of back bacon, fried tomato, fried, fried mushrooms, black pudding, fried bread, toast and tea. A veritable feast as offered by most of the traditional bed and breakfast establishments throughout the town.
Or if you’re staying in one of Brighton’s many self catering apartments you might prefer to start your day with a fishy repast of grilled kippers, or some lightly poached smoked haddock topped with a poached egg? Whatever your cooked breakfast pleasure, you’ll find it waiting in Brighton, the jewel of the south coast resorts. If you have any personal breakfast treats you know of in Brighton, why not share them and submit a Travel Tip.
Expect to pay around £4 for the set breakfast and £6 for the ‘Big Breakfast’, however be sure to get their early, as it closes at around 1.30pm.
Well recommended.
